Abcb8 mice aorta single-cell RNA sequencing

Processed dataset of single-cell RNA-sequencing data of aortic tissue lysate from 4 Aorta isolated from ABCB8 endothelial-specific knockout mice versus 4 aorta from Abcb8 Wild type mice. the study aims to investigate the protective role of ABCB8 in atherosclerosis and the effect of abcb8 deletion from the endothelium on other cell types of the vasculature, The data were generated using the 10x Genomics Chromium platform and processed with Cell Ranger. The HDF5 file includes the filtered gene-barcode matrix, capturing transcriptomic profiles of high-quality individual cells, and is suitable for downstream analysis.
