Data set for Pain Education study

This study evaluates the effectiveness of pain education (PE) in improving pain intensity, neck disability, and quality of life among patients with chronic non-specific neck pain (CNSNP). The dataset includes pre- and post-intervention measures such as Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), Neck Disability Index (NDI), and WHO-5 Wellbeing Index. Participants were randomized into PE and control groups, with data collected at baseline, 6 weeks, and follow-up. Demographic and educational background data were also recorded to assess the influence of literacy levels on PE outcomes. The dataset supports the investigation of PE's biopsychosocial impact on chronic pain management.
