In the lab, we have human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) derived from a porphyria erythropoietic patient (CEP) patient. The main goal of the study was to correct this hiPSC by CRISPR-Cas9. We tested two different approach : one with a biallelic guide RNA and one woith a mutation specific one. The results present here are the NGS for the second strategy.
