Growers can reasonably plan the planting and market launch schedules of bean sprouts, optimize production and sales strategies, avoid market risks, and ensure stable income by monitoring changes in the price elasticity of demand. 1. Data Collection: Collect demand and price data of bean sprouts over a given time period. 2.
