Relative Sea Level records from merged proxy and tide-gauge data

This data set contains 16 relative sea level (RSL) time series obtained from merging proxy records from salt-marshes and nearby instrumental records from tide gauges, spanning the last three centuries. The method used to combine the two different sources of data is described in Marcos and Gehrels (submitted) and ensures that the output is statistically consistent with the inherent uncertainties of each original time series. The data provided consist of yearly RSL since 1700 and the 5-95% confidence intervals at each site.
