Although it is known that bifidus flora develops in the gut of breast-fed infant, its detailed mechanism and biological physiology remains unclear. Understanding of the spatio-temporal transformation of the architecture of the gut microbiota may be important to solve its biological significance. To this end, fecal microbiota analysis of infants with an age of 1~6 months is performed.
