Sjogren's syndrome patient and recipient mouse fecal microbiome sequencing

This BioProject contains raw 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing reads from fecal microbiome samples collected from human subjects (Sjogren's syndrome patients and healthy controls) and from mice that received human-derived microbiota.
