Small noncoding RNA expression in pre-cystic mouse kidneys after Pkd2 deletion.

To identify differentially expressed small noncoding RNAs downstream of Pkd2 mutations that may regulate early cyst growth, we used tamoxifen-inducible CAG-Cre to induce Pkd2 deletion at postnatal day 2 and compared to wild-type mice at postnatal day 6 and 10.
