资源简介:
White Leghorn SPF chickens were immunized with two doses of DNA vaccine, based on the hemagglutinin (HA) DNA from H5N1 virus, in comparison to the control group, which was administered an empty vector (pCI). Gene expression changes in the spleens of chickens were investigated at 7 day post booster dose. White Leghorn SPF chickens from 'WL[2x]' group were housed in a biosafety level 3 containment and vaccinated twice with DNA vaccine, based on the hemagglutinin (HA) DNA from H5N1 virus, at 7 and 21 day post hatch (dph). Control chicken (group ‘WL_k[2x]’) were treated as animals from 'WL[2x]' group, however they received vaccine formulation with an empty vector. Two and three biological replicates from 'WL[2x]’ and ‘WL_k[2x]’ groups, respectively, were selected for final analysis. Totally five samples of RNA were analysed. Obtained data were contrasted with our previously reported results - the transcriptomic profiles of broilers and Rosa 1 laying hen, vaccinated twice with DNA vaccine vs. treated with empty vector .
