Hyper-spectral images of green tea

The dataset is related to the article published in Journal of Food Engineering titled : Fusing spectral and textural information in near-infrared hyperspectral imaging to improve green tea classification modelling

The data set is a near-infrared hyperspectral image which was used for data fusion of texture and spectral information for improving tea products classification.

The dataset contain two file .bin file and the .hdr file related to a single hyperspectral image. In the present work, the images were processed in Matlab however the readers can process them using any suitable image processing tool box.
