Coordinates of kinetochore centres, measured using software available at http://mechanochemistry.org/mcainsh/software.php.Dynamic live sister kinetochore coordinates derived from live-cell spinning disk confocal microscopy movies of HeLa-K cells expressing eGFP-CENP-A and Ndc80-tagRFP.Static live kinetochore coordinates derived from both live- and fixed-cell spinning disk confocal microscopy images of HeLa-K cells expressing pairs of eGFP-CENP-A, CENP-A-Alexa488, CENP-C-Alexa488, mCherry-Mis12, Nnf1-Alexa594, Ndc80-tagRFP, or mCherry-Ndc80.Data is a MATLAB format file. Each element of main structure represents data from one experiment. For each cell, .exptDetails contains information about each experiment, and .data is a cell, each element of which represents data from one imaging session. For each live dynamic imaging session, .sisterList contains coordinates for each kinetochore in a sister pair (.coords1 and .coords2, 40x6 vectors: 40 frames x [x y z sx sy sz]). For each live static and fixed imaging session, .initCoord contains coordinates for all kinetochores (nx6, number of kinetochore x [x y z sx sy sz]). If kinetochores have been manually paired, .sisterList instead contains coordinates for each kinetochore in a sister pair (.coords1 and .coords2, 1x6 vectors: 1 frames x [x y z sx sy sz]).
