BiodivNERE: Gold Standard Corpora for Named Entity Recognition and Relation Extraction in Biodiversity Domain

BiodivNER+RE are two gold-standard manually annotated corpora that are meant to be for Named Entity Recognition (NER) and Relation Extraction (RE) tasks based on abstracts and metadata files from the biodiversity domain

Such corpora are designed for machine learning techniques, for example, NER as TokenClassification technique, and RE as SequenceClassification technique.
