Age-dependent Zap70 expression in thymocyte regulates selection of the neonatal T reg cell repertoire

LAT.G135D mutant mice, in which a glycine residue preceding Y136 is replaced with aspartate. This single amino acid change enhances LAT Y136 phosphorylation, leading to increased PLCg1 activation and augmented calcium signaling with little impact on Erk and NF-kB activation. Overall design: Splenic CD4 and CD8 T cells were isolated from adult wild-type C57BL/6 and B6.LATG135D mice. Bulk TCR sequence anlaysis was performed.
