Transcriptome data of the brain of Alosa sapidissima anesthetized with 2-phenoxyethanol

This study investigated the effects of 2-phenoxyethanol anesthesia on American shad (Alosa sapidissima) through transcriptomic analyses of brain. Four experimental groups were established: Control, Mild (0.3 mL/L 2-phenoxyethanol), Intens (0.45 mL/L 2-phenoxyethanol), and Resusc (post-anesthesia recovery, 0.3 mL/L 2-phenoxyethanol).
