Raw light I–V data (AM 1.5G, 100 mW cm⁻²) of a monocrystalline Si cell with and without as-sputtered and vacuum-annealed Ga:ZnO coplanar-waveguide monopoles; measured reflection coefficients of both prototypes (digitised from the analyser plot); and CST Studio Suite simulation results (S11, radiation and total efficiency, realized-gain cuts, surface currents) for GZO sheet resistances of 2–70.2 Ω/sq, with the CST project file.
