Transcripitional profiling of Huh7 cells after MAT2A inhibitor (FIDAS-5) or BET bromodomain inhibitor (JQ1) treatment

RNA-seq analysis of Huh7 cells after MAT2A inhibitor (FIDAS-5) or BET bromodomain inhibitor (JQ1) treatment. The analysis revealed that inhibition of MAT2A or BET factors suppresses the expression of genes regulating cell cycle progression and additional cellular programs. The aim of this project is to compare the transcriptome of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells Huh7 with or without MAT2A inhibitor FIDAS-5 or BET inhibitor JQ1 treatment by RNA-seq. Huh7 cells were cultured in DMEM with 10% FBS, then treated with 5 uM FIDAS-5 for 48 hour or 0.5 uM JQ1 for 48 hour.
