Zebrafish protein C wild-type versus knockout RNAseq with and without injury

We produced protein C knockout fish and then performed RNAseq on pools of larvae at 3 days post fertilization to look at differential gene expression. Pools included wild-type (injured and non-injured) and protein C homozygous mutants (injured and non-injured), There are 3 biological replicates of each condition, for 12 samples in total.
