anTraX: high throughput video tracking of color-tagged insects (benchmark datasets)

Datasets used to benchmark anTraX tracking software. Each dataset contains the raw videos, a configured anTraX session with all parameters required to reproduce the tracking results from the paper, as well as the tracking output for the first video in each dataset.
