Cleaned analytical dataset used in Majestya (forthcoming, Government Information Quarterly), "Design-Stage Evasion in E-Procurement: Threshold Bunching and the Limits of Procedure-Based Accountability in Indonesia". The dataset (pupr_clean.csv) contains 10,352 tender records from Indonesia's Sistem Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (SPSE) for the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), covering 2016 to 2023.
