This dataset is presented as part of the article titled "Genome-wide analyses reveal the role of mutator phenotypes in Mycobacterium tuberculosis drug resistance emergence." It includes all the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) data of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates analyzed in this study (54,619 SRA). The dataset provides the drug resistance profiles of each isolate, specifying the antibiotics to which they are resistant. Additionally, it includes lineage and sublineage classifications. Furthermore, the dataset contains all identified mutations in 55 genes associated with the DNA repair system, detailing their genomic positions, gene locations, and corresponding amino acid changes.
