Sequencing of the hippocampal transcriptome of vestibular spatial disorientation mice

In summary, this study developed a mouse model for SD by combining rotational stimulation and visual occlusion. Evaluation of the model showed physiological changes, impaired motor and cognitive function, and neuronal activation in the hippocampus. Transcriptomic analysis revealed a possible underlying mechanism of SD. These findings lay a foundation for further investigation into the molecular mechanisms underlying SD.
