This study performs a direct comparison between genome-wide data collected via the Axiom aegypti 1 genotyping array (SNP chip) and low-coverage whole genome sequencing (lcWGS) from global collection of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. We evaluate the strength and weaknesses of the two genotyping methods.
