Cells were harvested from the bone marrow of C57BL/6J mice. Normal hematopoietic progenitors were prepared by c-kit positive cell selection using magnetic beads. Leukemia cells induced by ectopic epression of MYC and HOXA9 or MYC and MEIS1 combinations were cultured ex vivo for a couple of passages to remove normal hematopietic cells. RNA samples of these cells were analyzed by mRNA-seq.
