Supporting data for” isolation and characterization of natural compounds with anti-virulence properties against Staphylococcus aureus”

All of the relevant data for the thesis can be found in this single dataset. Using in vitro assessment, drug structure analysis, and the impact on pathogenicity in host cell and animal models, my study describes the effect of several natural compounds on the virulence of Staphylococcus aureus. Experiments, both quantitative and qualitative, were performed to support this concept. All the information was cleaned up and categorized. In addition to providing a full description of the anti-virulence properties and cytotoxicity of a natural compound isolated from a natural source, these findings attempt to present drug's powerful inhibitory impact on the pathogeniticty. Data also give evidence for the mechanism of drugs, while other data help with structure-activity analysis.
