资源简介:
The alteration in genomic expression profiles of mRNA and long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in bovine macrophages in response to Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) infection was investigated by applying an RNA-Seq based approach. A computational pipeline was implemented which identified more than 300 unannotated lncRNAs in macrophages of which 38 were differentially regulated by the infection. Overall design: Primary bovine macrophages were infected with MAP, total RNA was sequenced and analyzed in terms of mRNA and lncRNA expression
