Experience with credit card fraud and compensation in Japan 2021

According to a survey conducted from November to December 2021, around 75.4 percent of consumers in Japan had never experienced credit card fraud. While close to 13 percent reported having been a victim of credit card fraud, about 5.1 percent of the respondents had received no or insufficient compensation.
