Strategies towards improved feed efficiency in pigs comprise molecular shifts in hepatic lipid and carbohydrate metabolism
Individual pigs [(Large White × Landrace) x Hylean Maxgro] divergent in residual feed intake were sampled for hepatic transcriptome profiling at day 140. per RFI group 6 pigs were collected for expres

Effects of dietary crude protein levels and cysteamine (CS) supplementation on growth performance and carcass traits of finishing pigs.
BW, body weight; ADG, average daily weight gain; ADFI, average daily feed intake; FCR = feed conversion ratio. Values are means ± SEM. Values within a row with different letters differ (P<0.05). All t

Effects of varying dietary black garlic (Allium sativum) supplementation on the intestinal microbiota of Litopenaeus vannamei after 8 weeks of culture
This study aimed at studying the differences between the relative abundances of the gut microbial composition of Litopenaeus vannamei after being fed different levels of black garlic.

Methane emissions from dairy cows fed grass or corn silage diets supplemented with rapeseed oil were evaluated. Enteric methane emissions decreased on adding rapeseed oil to the diet, but methane emissions from feces of dairy cows fed diets supplemented with rapeseed oil did not differ. Thus no trade-offs were observed between enteric and fecal methane emissions due to forage type or addition of rapeseed oil to diets fed to Swedish dairy cows.
This study evaluated potential trade-offs between enteric methane (CH4) emissions and CH4 emissions from feces of dairy cows fed grass silage or partial replacement of grass silage with corn silage, b
