对淬火及回火后的试样进行线切割并进行磨抛,并使用2%含量的硝酸酒精溶液进行腐蚀至表面微微变色,并对距表面不同位置试样使用光学显微镜进行观察并拍照,分析屈氏体形貌及含量。实验中采集的科学数据均由专业人员现场或实时记录.保证数据来源及加工处理真实可靠。
Wire cutting and grinding-polishing were conducted on the specimens subjected to quenching and tempering. Then, the specimens were etched with a 2% nitric acid-alcohol solution until the surface slightly discolored. Subsequently, the specimens at different depths from the surface were observed and photographed using an optical microscope, and the morphology and content of troostite were analyzed. All scientific data collected during the experiment were recorded on-site or in real time by professional personnel, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the data source and processing procedures.
