内部数据采集：基于 EOS 排产系统生成日生产数据，抓取生产线、产品品号对应计划数量执行情况，同步统计当日合计数及异动数，关联额定容器量基础参数。外部数据采集：对接客户信息接口获取客户名称，通过产品管理系统同步图号等基础属性，结合月度生产数量初始值与计划总数，校验日数据与整体计划的匹配性，确保数据链从排产到执行的完整性。Internal Data Collection: Generates daily production data based on the EOS production scheduling system, captures the execution status of planned quantities corresponding to production lines and product item numbers, simultaneously counts the daily total and abnormal quantities, and associates the basic parameters of the rated container capacity. External Data Collection: Obtains customer names by connecting to customer information interfaces, synchronizes basic attributes such as drawing numbers via the product management system, combines the initial monthly production quantity and the total planned quantity to verify the matching between daily data and the overall plan, so as to ensure the integrity of the data chain from scheduling to execution.
