INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES IN DEVELOPING A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SERVICES MARKET AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR APPLICATION

This article analyzes the advanced experience of foreign countries aimed at strengthening the competitive environment in the market of higher education services. The mechanisms of competition in higher education systems are studied using the examples of the USA, Great Britain, Germany, South Korea and Finland. The results of the study can serve as a basis for developing practical recommendations for reforming the higher education system of Uzbekistan.
