In-depth plasma proteomics of patients with suspected lung cancer (lung adenocarcinoma and non-cancer controls) with Olink Explore 3072

Here, we present an in-depth proteomic profiling of pre-diagnostic plasma samples from 88 individuals with suspected lung cancer, including 44 patients diagnosed with stage III-IV lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and 44 non-cancer controls. Proteomic analysis was performed using Olink Explore 3072, which comprises four distinct 384-plex panels targeting inflammation, oncology, cardiometabolic, and neurology proteins.
