Effects of Aging on Gene Expression in Tibetan macaque (Macaca thibetana)

Aging may cause different gene expression pattern between human and other animals. We sequenced peripheral blood transcriptomes of 24 Tibetan macaques in different ages, and described the transcriptional landscape of age in Tibetan macaques, detected age-associated differently expressed genes. By comparing with human, we try to found different gene expression strategies in response to aging.
