JMTV_rawdata_en.xlsx is our original dataset for jmtv distribution prediction.Tick.tif is an image of ticks collected in Guizhou Province, China.Jmtv-dec-segment1.tif is the gel electrophoresis image we used the primers of jmtv segment 1 to detect whether ticks carry jmtv.Jmtv-dec-segment2.tif is a gel electrophoresis image that we used the primers of jmtv segment 2 to verify the jmtv carrying ticks.The three zip files of BRT, RF and MaxEnt are the intermediate files to obtain the final map by modeling and prediction using three methods respectively.<br>
