本数据集主要面向Mo-10Nb废弃靶材开展研究,利用放电等离子烧结设备,开展了Mo-10Nb靶材的制备与修复的研究工作,探明了靶材的制备和修复的工艺参数和内在机理。研究过程中使用GDMS分析检测了原料粉末以及再修复靶材的纯度;采用X-射线衍射仪获得了废弃靶材、原料粉末、再修复靶材等样品的XRD图谱;使用SEM、EDS、EBSD、TEM等获得了废弃靶材、原料粉末、再修复靶材等样品的扫描电镜图片及电子背散射衍射图片;使用粒径分析软件获得了废弃靶材、原料粉末以及再修复靶材的的粒径分布图;采用力学性能测试仪和激光导热仪等获得了废弃靶材和再修复靶材的硬度、抗弯强度、热导率以及电导率等,数据量534MB。
This dataset focuses on the research of Mo-10Nb spent targets. Using spark plasma sintering (SPS) equipment, this study conducted research on the preparation and repair of Mo-10Nb targets, and clarified the process parameters and internal mechanism of target preparation and repair. During the research, GDMS (Glow Discharge Mass Spectrometry) was used to analyze and detect the purity of raw material powders and repaired targets; X-ray diffractometers were employed to obtain XRD patterns of samples including spent targets, raw material powders and repaired targets; SEM, EDS, EBSD, TEM and other characterization techniques were applied to acquire scanning electron microscope images and electron backscatter diffraction images of the aforementioned samples; particle size analysis software was utilized to obtain particle size distribution maps of spent targets, raw material powders and repaired targets; mechanical property testers and laser thermal conductivity instruments were adopted to measure the hardness, flexural strength, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and other properties of spent targets and repaired targets. The total data size of this dataset is 534 MB.
