Data supports the thesis "Real time activation profiles of single T cell arrays following controlled interaction with antigen-presenting cells", awarded in 2019.This Dataset contains the data underlying each figure in the manuscript. Data were obtained as described in the relevant session of the thesis, and are here divided so that each zip file contains data for one chapter. The filenames match their figure number in the thesis.An additional zip file contains the relevant Matlab scripts and ImageJ macros used for the processing of the raw images obtained from the microscope.
