Bullying case in Indonesia the teacher became the pioneer of a bullying case through a qualitative approach

Cases of bullying have become a worrying problem in the world of education. Bullying does not only apply between fellow students in some cases of bullying, the reason bullying among students occurred was because they imitated or just went along without thinking twice, therefore this research proposal will discuss teachers who pioneered bullying cases. Researchers are trying to dig this case with a qualitative approach. The hope is that there will be awareness from teachers, school administrators and parents so that bullying is no longer something that constantly hinders students during the process of studying.
