The dispersion and reproducibility distribution of the TLDs is shown in Table 1. Only 50 TLDs are listed in the figure, where the 1-10 TLD number is for 1 mm pieces, the 11-20 TLD number is for 3.6 mm pieces and the 21-50 TLD number is for 4.5 mm pieces. As can be seen from the graphs, the dispersion and repeatability values for the 1 mm pieces. screened in this batch ranged from 2.19 to 2.29, the dispersion and repeatability values for the 3.6 mm pieces. ranged from 16.07 to 17.04, and the dispersion and repeatability values for the 4.5 mm pieces ranged from 40.12 to 41.37. The linear accelerator irradiated 5 MU and the standard error of the dispersion and repeatability values measured for all three sizes of TLDs was <1.5% for all three sizes of TLD, showing that the difference in dispersion between the three sizes of TLD under the linear accelerator can be as high as 1.5% with good reproducibility after screening under the linear accelerator. The scaling curves of the TLDs (Table 2) were found to have a coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 1 for all three sizes of TLDs at a linear accelerator 6 MV photon beam, showing a linear dose-response from 5 MU to 300 MU, indicating that the carefully calibrated TLDs can be used for clinical radiotherapy dosimetry with linear accelerators.The results measured for TLD in solid water showed that the measured values of TLD in solid water (DS) were both up to and above the prescribed dose, with the values varying within ±3% of the value of the parameter Dmean assessed in the TPS system (Table 3, 4), where Smax, Smean, and Smin are the differences between DS and the parameters D max, D mean, and D min assessed in the TPS system. The absolute readings of TLD measured in the liver are shown in Table 5 and the differences between their measured values and the TPS system assessment parameters are shown in Table 6, where Lpd is the difference between the measured value of TLD in mouse liver (DL) and the prescribed dose, and Lmean is the difference between DL and the TPS system D mean. From Table 6, it can be seen that the deviation between the measured dose of liver TLD and the Dmean value in the TPS system ranged from -0.6% to -9%, with an overall decreasing trend. it can be seen to range from -0.6% to -9%, with an overall decreasing trend. It can also be observed that the maximum deviation of the measured dose of TLD in the mouse liver from the prescribed dose is about 6%, with little variability in the irradiation location, and it is therefore concluded that a precise radiotherapy model for RILD mice can be constructed under the linear accelerator.After 10 weeks of radiation of mice at the prescribed dose of 25 Gy, as shown in Table 7, the body weight of mice in the radiation group gradually decreased compared to the control group, and slowly increased until about 15 days after radiation. The results of the changes in serum liver function indicators in mice are shown in Table 8. Compared with the control group, the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in mice showed an increase after 3 and 10 weeks of radiation, and the levels of ALT and AST in mice showed a significant increase after 10 weeks of radiation. In addition, compared with the control mice, ALP levels decreased after 3 weeks of radiation and increased after 10 weeks of radiation.
