This project contains deep mutant libraries of the E. coli folA gene (encoding dihydrofolate reductase). These libraries were created to study the adaptive fitness landscape using mass selection experiment. The experiment contained 6 replicated samples which were sequenced in pools: Sample_F01, Sample_F02, Sample_F03, Sample_F04, Sample_F05, Sample_F06.
