Human ignitions dominate the fire regimes of the Brazilian Cerrado

This repository contains the code and processed (secondary) data for the manuscript: Human ignitions dominate the fire regimes of the Brazilian Cerrado. C. Segura-Garcia, T. A. J. The ZIP folder contains the code (in Python and IPython Notebooks), processed data files needed to create figures, and figures accompanying the publication. The README.txt file in "main/scripts/" contains the order in which the scripts may be run and a brief description of what each script does. The file "main/LightningHumanFiresCerrado_conda_env.YML" contains the list of packages of the Anaconda environment used in the study to create and run the scripts. Most of these scripts were run on a High-Performance Computer with Linux OS (those accompanied by a Bash script), while others were run locally.
