Effect of Toosendanin on mRNA m6A Modification and Expression in Human hepatoma cell line HepG2

mRNA-seq and high throughput MeRIP-seq methods with bioinformatics analysis demonstrated a possible mechanism for the inhibition of cell cycle of hepatoma HepG2 cells induced by toosendanin. Overall design: The aim of the present study was to elucidate the toxic effects of toosendanin on human hepatoma cells.
