We performed Kdm5c (Smcx) ChIP-Seq in del_Tsix XY mouse epiblast cells with two genotypes: Smcx-WT and Smcx-KO We performed ChIP-Seq of Kdm5c (listed as Smcx below) as described in PMID: 26804915 in technical duplicates. Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's TruSeq protocol with minor modifications. To achieve optimal normalization, we spiked in Drosophila chromatin and immunoprecipitated with a H2Av antibody (Active Motif), as described in PMID: 25437568. ChIP-Seq was performed on day 2 differentiated epiblast-like cells (EpiLCs).
