Gene expression profile regulated by EBV infection Overall design: To investigate the effect of EBV on gastric cancer cells, we treat HGC-27 cells with EBV for 24h.We then collect the control and EBV treated cells and performed gene expression profiling analysis. Each treatment have 3 biological replicates.
