Accurate profiling of the eukaryotic algae communities in the tropical phyllosphere

we used single molecule real-time sequencing (SMRT) to quantify 40 eukaryotic algae community structures from 10 different host plants and 5 different locations. Our study provided large SSU rDNA data that will be useful to unravel the cryptic diversity of phyllosphere eukaryotic algae and a accurately primary profile of phyllosphere algae.
