Swave call on Healthy cohort

Swave call results on Healthy cohort, including HGSVC (130 haplotypes), HPRC (88 haplotypes) and CPC (116 haplotypes). Three samples (HG02818, HG00733 and NA19240) from HPRC (47 in total) overlapped with HGSVC and therefore were excluded, resulting in (47 – 3) * 2 = 88 haplotypes.
