Structure of the repository This repository is divided in two archives: data and software. The archive data contains a figureXx.csv file for every subfigure of the paper, where Xx indicates the subfigure.The archive software contains the in-house software used to perform the simulations. Every other software used it's listed at the end of this description, with its version specified. Archive software This archive contains three subdirectories:- SLLOD_nve is an implementation of SLLOD in LAMMPS without the Nosè-Hoover thermostat, its contents must be copied in lammps-version/src/ before building LAMMPS to make the relative fix available.- TTCF4LAMMPS is a Python module to perform TTCF with LAMMPS, the costantly updated repository can be found at TTCF4LAMMPS and the code stored in this repo correspond to the commit at TTCF4LAMMPS@9508b4f.- ttcfTemplateDPD is a template folder that can be used to reproduce the results published in the paper. The files here contained are a different version, specific for a DPD simple fluid, of some of the file alredy present in TTCF4LAMMPS. The only addition is allRun, a bash file that contain the command to launch the TTCF procedure with parallelization. **N.B.**: the TTCF technique requires many simulations, that must be initialized with different random seeds.For this reason, it is not possible to obtain the exact results reported in `data`, but it statistically similar values. External software used LAMMPS, version 29Aug2024 Python, version 3.12 matplotlib, version 3.10.6 mpi4py, version 4.1.0 numpy, version 2.3.3 PyYAML, version 6.0.2 scipy, version 1.16.2 setuptools, version 80.9.0
