Genome sequencing of the Fusarium solani species complex

A total of nine genomes were assembled and annotated in this study, selected to represent the diversity of human infecting Fusarium solani isolates. These include species assigned latin binomial names and those representing unique phylogenetic FSSC groups (F. tokinensis NRRL43811, F. solani NRRL31168, F. gamsii NRRL43502, F. solani SC NRRL28030, F. falciforme NRRL28562, F. petroliphilum NRRL46706, F. keratoplasticum NRRL31165, F. metavorans NRRL28019, F. solani SC NRRL28000).
