Chloroplast genome analysis of agave dong 2

Agave dong 2 is a large perennial evergreen herb in the family Agaveceae, and is a tropical and subtropical leaf fiber plant. In this study, we successfully sequenced and assembled its chloroplast genome, which was 155,263bp in length with 37.90% GC content. The genome consisted of a large single-copy region (LSC,18229bp), a inverted repeat regions IRA(64584bp) and a nverted repeat regions IRB(64576) , a small single-copy region (SSC,7874bp).
