StEER - 10.20.2019 Dallas, TX EF-3 Tornado: Event Briefing

This Event Briefing (1) summarizes the EF3 tornado impacting Dallas, TX at 20 October 2019, (2) overviews damage to buildings and other infrastructure, as well as disruption to critical facilities such as schools and fire stations, and (3) summarizes key lessons learned.
