Expression profiles in Chd7 knockdown oligodendrocyte precursor cells. Mus musculus

Oligodendrocytes are generated from oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs). Chd7 is ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling enzyme. We performed microarray analysis to examine changes in gene expression between control and Chd7 knockdown OPCs. Results provide insight into the function of Chd7 in oligodendrocyte development. Overall design: OPCs derived from E15.5 mouse forebrains were infected with control or Chd7 knockdown retrovirus in the presence of fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) and platelet-derived growth factor AA (PDGF-AA). Three days after infection, the virus-infected OPCs were harvested.
