We used a combination of multiple sequencing platforms to assemble the chromosome-scale genome of UR, including Oxford Nanopore (ONT) long reads, DNBseq short reads, and high-throughput chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) reads. Based on the UR genome, <b>genome-wide analysis of cytochrome P450 genes were mined to obtain candidates involved in </b><b>the biosynthesis of oxindole alkaloids.</b>
